Due to popular demand, we'll again be running a workshop on the practicalities of using the social networking phenomenon that is Twitter to help businesses engage with their customers and to help them generate interest.

Twitter in Bitesize Chunks

The workshop will be in two parts - each an hour long and each designed to run inconjunction with the other.

They will be held over two lunchtime sessions, one week apart; at the Harehills Shine venue in Leeds on Wednesday 28th October followed by a second follow-up workshop the week after on Wednesday 4th November 2009.

Both workshops to start at 12.30pm with registration taking place from 12.00pm onwards.

A light buffet lunch is included in the cost of each ticket.

• Attendees will be offered 15 minutes of telephone coaching on Twitter following the deliver of each workshop.
